About Us
The Customer Service Center, sometimes referred to as the help desk, provides technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff of the Health Sciences Center. They also are available to:
- Diagnose and resolve problems with desktop computing systems within the Health Sciences Center
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems within the Health Sciences Center
- Provide support for Health Sciences students, faculty, and staff participating in the student notebook program
- The Customer Services Center is also an authorized Thinkpad IBM repair center.
Directions
To get to the Customer Service Center, use the Pavilion entrance of the Health Sciences Center, near the Mary Babb Randolph Breast Care Center and follow the pink floor tiles to the elevators. You can take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. The Computer-Based Learning Center will be immediately off the elevators. The Customer Service Center (Help Desk) is located in Room 2240 HSS. Room 2240 is located on the second floor of Health Sciences South just past the Computer-Based Learning Center heading towards the north building.
There are signs leading to the CBLC from the Health Sciences library. Simply follow the signs to the CBLC and the Customer Service Center will be on your right, just before the elevator bays by the CBLC.
